The person working there named Trinity was extremely unhelpful and didn’t not try to help or even look up the account we were talking about. All she said was to go over to the one on Elmore to be helped. Maybe hire someone more willing to do their job than just sit there.

We took in a new phone we ordered through Verizon. We tried to activate and transfer everything to the new phone. We were not successful. We went into the store and worked with Isaiah. He not only got the switch made but helped us with a couple other problems. He was great to work with and so very helpful.

Benjamin Lange, what a guy. I was eligible for several different promotional deals recently. After massive headaches and screw up by the barely understandable phone customer service, and then compounded screw ups by the corporate branch on Elmore (surprising), this dude got everything straightened out in like 15 minutes. Absolutely ACE service. Thank you Ben.

Ethan is no longer working there because he was fired! He promised me a certain price and when I went in the next day, they would not honor his offer! Very upset with Verizon for not offering special deals to long time customers!!!! Long time customers should not have to update their plan to get a new IPhone! Thinking of changing to US Cellular where I can get a free IPhone 15 pro max!
