When is no stars gonna be an option? Everyone knows this location is known for being slow. It’s just really sad that we can’t even depend on doctors because our medical system is fing garbage and you would think that given the pharmaceutical companies know this they can’t even ACT like they care about their job but that’s were “I’m here forthe pay” comes in. Slow as hell. How are you my age and you walking like a sloth? As a mother sitting in a car in the winter with a toddler screaming for 30 mins to get no help is crazy. I’m asking questions the lady can’t even answer. Staff like this make it very difficult for mental health people to want to get help because we already don’t care about being alive so when we see no one is willing to help let alone even care about performing their job more than 50% it then become pointless and the hopelessness comes back. Hopefully Walgreens will be no more in the coming years.

I'd give it 0 stars if possible, preference is shown to drive through pharmacy, long wait times inside. Only one counter worker inside that seems to rotate positions.

Went to pick up an Uber order for delivery from the pharmacy. Waited in line for 15 minutes and when it was finally my turn the tech told me the customer already came and picked up their medication so I had to call support to get it cancelled and all I got was a 3 dollar cancellation fee! You're screwing over drivers by allowing this to happen!

Talked to a lady named alexis you can tell she was on drugs just looking at her eyes but the Smell of weed Confirm it do you guy's drug test there like wow that's who handles my son Prescriptions

I usually go to Walgreens for prescriptions and inoculations. They have my records and make sure I understand the usage and information about my meds.

What a Sad thing sitting here on the phone with the Walgreens for 15 min now with it saying sorry for the delay there are 2 customers ahead of you. Waiting on a prescription that was to be ready at 11 a.m. it is now 6:55 p.m. what a shame what Walgreens has come to.

The only person working here today had to cover multiple places, checkout, photo, etc. What a worthless company to leave the store in charge of one clearly overworked person. I can't believe how kind and gracious she was while jumping back and forth between posts.

Terrible staff all around. Doesn't matter if it's the pharmacy or up front. They're rude. They can't get that pharmacy in order whatsoever. They legit don't even fill most prescriptions in house. They're sent from somewhere outside Chicago. Even if you call they outsource the pharmacy phone to Chicago. Found that out today. Numerous times we've come to pick up a diabetic pen and it's been given to another person. You guys are going to kill someone and you're absolutely fine with it. Don't ask to speak to a manager to "Karen" it out. He's NEVER there. You get the "I really don't know what I'm doing" assistant manager who also cares not and looks and smells like a drunk.

I have watch Walgreens go down hill for 3 years now. Never the same pharmacist, never the same staff. So rude and nasty. Not helpfull at all. I stayed because I thought it was a temporary thing. But I'm changing pharmacy after this week. The way they spew my information loudly in the store and make decisions for me without communicating with me or my doctor.. and telling me I can just come back tomorrow. No I can't. It's a 30 min drive for me.. every month filling my meds is just stressful. They need to either revamp or just close.

The store is not bad. The app for online orders could use help for when your order is 2 parts for one pharmacy and then store order. When I was there to pickup my order, they said it was all at pharmacy counter, but it wasn't.
