Incredibly slow. You’ll be waiting in the drive-through for 30+ minutes. Just for them to tell you your script (that was ordered hours ago) is not ready. I’d give zero stars if that was an option.

Currently on hold going on 45 mins, called this morning was on hold for over an hour. Keep getting told one person ahead of me. Staff that answered the phone was super rude and when I asked questions got told idk come in and talk to us and tryed to rush me off the phone like I didn’t just wait hour on the phone.

Tried to pick up 3 prescriptions, they sent e-mail saying they were ready, sat in line and only one was ready. I like to to go and pickup all at same time so I only have to wait in line one time not three times!

Worst pharmacy experience possible. Prescriptions delayed, prescriptions only partially filled and not even ordered until asked, rude staff, you name it.

Terrible pharmacy. The line is awful every time and they will deny you an emergency dose of your medication even if you need it if something goes wrong and they don’t receive the refill order from your doctor (Even if it’s their fault!!!)

Walgreens on Kimberly and Eastern is rude and liars so my doctor orders prescription on Thursday February 1 2024 and when I got there almost 2 after Dr appointment they say they are out of stock and Will order it for tomorrow nope didn't happen so let's fast forward to February 8 2024 and they don't have it I ask does any other stores have it and whole time of giving me the runaround w Kimberly had it the whole time how stingy of them to not give me that information by the way it was just some skin cream not super important i will never go there again we transferred to Have in bettendorf Walgreens shouldn't be ashame ooh by the way i saw a lady in the store pleading with the pharmacist for her son's seizure medicine and they said they were out I bet some other pharmacy had it and were not trying to help her at all they all walked away from the counter as she was crying Do Not go to Walgreens on Kimberly and eastern

I was trying to buy a product cough drops to be exact that were on their website on sale and they were telling me that they were not on sale but I clearly was looking at them I thought I was and my sincere apologies to the manager and the young lady that was helping me I was completely wrong they were so kind and courteous to me and I am just so grateful for their patience with me and I was wrong and wanted to go back and pay the difference and the Mgr said it's just what we do we like to give God customers service. An above and beyond. My appreciation and apology. So thank you.

If I could put a 0 stars I would. After two weeks of waiting for my meds after being out for two weeks. They just now told me why I can't get my prescription refilled. If they done this to me I bet they've done it to others. if you're going to get meds get them from Sam's club they are 10x nicer and actually do there jobs. They are hurting people by not doing there jobs of taking care of prescription refills.

The guy who answered the pharmacy phone was amazing. He got me taken care of today. Needed my prescription and he had it ready in 20 mins. So friendly

Will never be utilizing this Walgreens for my pharmacy needs ever again. I was wrongfully charged a copay for routine vaccines ($74 for a flu shot and Covid booster!) even after my insurance showed they were covered and a copay was not needed. They routinely fought my insurance for weeks with excuse after excuse as to why I was charged and the answer changed with each phone call instead of issuing a refund for the charges. Michelle is the manager over the pharmacy and has proven that she is just as incompetent and unhelpful as those that work below her. Her excuse as to why her staff incorrectly billed my insurance was that it is hard working with as many insurances as they do. What a pharmacy!

THEY SELL FRAUDULENT GIFT CARDS!!!When I called to let them know (and yes, I had already reached out directly to the gift card company- when they were finally reachable they acted confused and weren't helpful because they're running a scam [Vanilla cards FYI]) The assistant manager more or less said they don't care. I never asked for a refund, I simply wanted to let them know that they are scamming their customers by selling these cards with zero accountability. They still don't care and said they're not going to do anything because "there's never been a problem before". So, buyer beware, get your gift cards at a more reputable company like Target or do what I should have done and just give cash!
