It is my one stop shopping store; however, I have to wait in line 20 minutes to check out. I want a PERSON to check me out. I will not use their almost empty check yourself out lanes!!!

Half of the staff is very friendly and helpful, the other half ignored me completely (I am white) but not my wife (she is black). This happened several times during two long visits when traveling through Davenport. At one point four employees hung around a black customer instead of attending to me or other waiting customers.

I purchased some Halloween decorations on 10/4/21. I did not use it and needed to return it. However, the customer service associate was not allowed to return my items because it was after Halloween. I was given no notice anywhere that Walmart would not accept returns after Halloween. No one told me and nothing was put in writing. One month after purchasing and I am stuck with these items and out of that money. It's probably not up to this store, but it is a frustrating unwritten policy that is a waste of time and money.

The Walmart on Kimberly is RIDICULOUS!!! They held up a line for almost 15 minutes so someone could run to their car and get a credit card! Have been waiting in checkout almost 40 minutes. Employees could not kove dlower if they were paid to

Store 5115. Mgr. Norman Merrill, I have shopped since opened. At about 315AM on 12/22/2019 I went to purchase toiletries after my work out at Anytime Fitness. Being close to Christmas I wanted to avoid crowds. I needed a tub of Noxema (3.97) that area of the store that is barricaded. It includes shaving stuffs. I assume it is because cosmetics is in the area. An employee let me in to get it and quickly put it in a security box. Keep in mind the Equate dandruff shampoo I got cost more however it was accessible on the counter. Telling me they are not supposed to do let anyone access to Noxema? I went to the self check outs as it is only ones open. I was the ONLY person using the checkouts. A greeter covering checkouts took my Noxema out of the box. She was all the time 4 feet from me as I checked myself out. I paid using my debit card and put receipt in my pocket. All the $20 worth of lunch meats, pkg. salad, mouthwash, shampoo and Noxema fit into 2 plastic bags. (3:45) I stared to leave then that employee same employee who was there asked to see my sales receipt. I refused to show it and told her to have me arrested with the stuff I bought. I left and drove home. I was not arrested yet? Waiting for the PD to knock on my door. having been in retail management most theft is internal. I guess in the future I will go to the east end Walmart on Elmore Ave. I can even buy cashews there as they are not barricaded.

My family and I have been to this Walmart several times. Little things I'm able to over look. After today I must review the Manager "Carri" who was working today August 1st at 1:30. The way she spoke to SEVERAL employees, was awful. She reacted to them rather than responded, and a few employees as I was walking out complained working for "Walmart". A small recommendation: change your management.

It is a rare occasion I have a great experience at Walmart. This evening was an exception to the rule. Zachary and I arrived. We were treated by several staff who had genuine smiles. We completed our shopping and went through the checkout line. When Mariah totaled us up, we were $0.33 short. I stream of embarrassing us over our failure to budget, she reached behind her register and pulled $0.33 and paid the balance of our order. Her kindness is greatly appreciated. Score for Walmart. I hope that Mariah receives some type of acknowledgment for going above and beyond anything I expected! Walmart needs to hire many more like her ASAP!!
