The management is very responsive and helpful. The facility is kept clean. They also have different sized units with fair pricing. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to any one looking for one that is looking for a cheap, well managed place to store their stuff!

This is the second time we’ve used West Side Secure Mini Storage. Great facility and staff is the best. Very courteous and easy to get in contact with. Definitely will use again in the future and highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is not the closest to where I live, but I have rented here many times over the years because I always receive great service and prompt communication. I guess maybe because I pay my bill... I notice the negative reviews are all crying about "when I owed them money". ?♀️
