“Mr. Holder and his amazing inventory of trailer parts saved out trip. We had a broken leaf spring and got it to Southern Iowa Towing and Recovery, who could fix it but didn't have the parts. They sent us here. After unhooking or 5th wheel at SITR we went about 10 miles up the road to Holder's. He had everything! “I had my car estimated by the owner Scott. And it took just short of a week for the front end damage to my vehicle to be repaired which was great!I paid out of pocket and it was very affordable. I figured I would've been charged a lot more. So this was nice.Scott called me with updates while he had my vehicle at his shop. Explained everything to me that was being/needed done.I was really happy with my experience here.They have the Square system as a payment option which is pretty convenient. “Couldn't be happier with my first experience with this salvage yard. Kept me in the loop of any issue or direction before expected costs were exceeded. They even let took me out for a ride to look at the vehicle before purchasing. What really put me over was the effort that they put getting into getting the radiator support bracket assembly out for me. I had assumed it was one piece and would be easier to secure than it ended up being. They even gave me some the attachments on that bracket, so I feel like i made out like a bandit on the deal.Pre purchase, communication, cost, and pickup went really well. I hope i don't need to find any parts on my old camry, but glad I know a good source if I need some additionals (as long as they aren't the same part anyway). Hope you get in some more older styles like mine, I'm sure I'll need a few more pieces again one day.”
