Amazing customer service at the Ace Stores in Decorah, where they go the extra mile. Your money is well spent on the high quality merchandise they sell. I was gifted a used Cuisinart crockpot, a wonderful appliance! The crock insert broke, and even though it had not been purchased in Decorah, Julie the manager, didn't just orchestrate a part replacement, but a brand new updated crockpot was delivered to my door just a few days later, FREE! She did this all over a text message while on a holiday trip! Above and beyond! Service like this deserves recognition, and this family has been in business helping customers for several generations, because they are GREAT at it! Thanks again Decorah Ace Stores!
