“I was visiting Decorah from Ohio when my camper van’s engine light came on. I was panicking because I was so far from my home. The employee, Paul tested the sensor light. At first, he couldn’t find where the sensor light panel was. But, after googling it on his phone, he found it. Paul informed me that it was an emission problem and that even though I might use a little more gas, I could make it home to Ohio. I was so relieved, thanks to Paul’s persistence in locating the problem. In addition, he replaced my headlight bulb. Can’t begin to thank Paul enough for helping me, even with the large number of customers he had at the store.”
