Rude woman behind the counter. Our appointment was scheduled incorrectly. Had scheduled a loaner and for our vehicle to be fixed. They scheduled a 1 hour appointment for diagnostics that had previously been done. The man that helped me was nice enough and was able to get me a loaner for my hour appointment. When I went to return it the woman behind the counter was now friendly. I'm guessing nothing was done with our vehicle because I did not receive a bill. This is not a recommended ford dealership and we will be looking for a different location after such a terrible experience. It appears that no one knows what they're doing.

I needed a new truck for my business and Decorah Ford absolutely delivered. Martin was incredibly receptive to my needs and answered all of my questions in a knowledgable and professional manner. The whole process was incredibly efficient. The finance manager Wayne was also great, he walked me through everything I needed and made the financing process quick and painless. I would highly recommend anyone to come to Decorah Ford! They will be the only people I ever buy from in the future!

The whole buying experience was great. Everyone from the Sales to Finance were top notch! The vehicle was inside and cleaned waiting for me to test drive it. They worked to get me into the truck I was looking for and at the right payment. I would very much look to them for my next vehicle purchase.

Decorah Auto Center was fabulous with honoring our lifetime warranty. We had a costly repair for our truck and, while waiting for all the parts to arrive, they borrowed a loaner truck to me as, my truck was getting worse every day. I also would like to mention one of their employees, Cody W went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and promptness on the repair of our truck. I highly recommend Decorah Auto Center! Thank You!

Bonus! If you have to wait 3 hours to get your front end ball joints done or something like that, Decorah Auto Center is right across from the amazing bike/walk/run trail that encircles the city of Decorah. Get your Ds and cardio in while you wait.
