Today was in to put new tires on, second morning in a row and left after they said a 2 hour wait. I really don't understand why they don't make time slots for this type of work. Now I'm wondering how reliable they would be on issues if they would arise.

I Called with a tire issue at 12:15 and told them I had to be out the door by 1:45 for a 2:00 appointment wondering if they could fit me in. (I live 20 miles away from Decorah) I was there by 12:45 and they had me out the door by 1:15! Great people!!! Would (will) return again! 🤗 😎 🛞

I grew in a Decorah. And my previous interactions with DT have been positive. I went home last weekend to visit my folks so I thought I’d get a quality oil change. I was able to get in right away - and the price was good.
Jump ahead 4 hours my dad was driving my car - he then said he saw billows of smoke and my car began to stutter. My “check entire” came on. Turns out a family friend could help out. There was no antifreeze in the engine. I was shocked. I understand things happen or forgotten about but it could have been really been bad. Usually at places they willl top off the fluids, put air in tires, etc.
When my dad called to tell them - there was no reaction. 🤷🏻 Where was the customer service.

Great and speedy service! Have an old school vehicle with bigger tires, and they were able to get me in same day and serviced in less than an hour. I would highly recommend getting services done here!
