Decorah Tire had the tires we needed in stock and got us back on the road quickly. We had a punctured tire and were unable to leave for home until we got new tires installed. They put on four new tires, balanced them, and put our spare back in its place under the vehicle. Good service and good value.

Very friendly service. My first time here for an oil change and was very impressed with my service. They check your vehicle over for any problems which makes me secure in knowing if anything could be going on with my vehicle. Very hard working staff.Will definitely be back.

I had a found a nail in my tire on a day that I had to work all day and head out of town that evening as soon as I was done working. Decorah tire was amazing to accommodate me with my limited timing. Their staff was very helpful and kind, especially to a first time customer. It says a lot as I had called to another business that I had bought multiple vehicles from and have done all my service with, who was less than helpful to say the least. I would %100 recommend Decorah Tire to anyone in need of their services! Thank you so much again!

Decorah Tire is always busy but for a very good reason. Their service is excellent! I just had my car in to have my Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors replaced. The parking lot was packed with customers when I arrived. I dropped my car off and walked downtown to get some breakfast. When I arrived back to the shop, my car was ready for me.

They were nice enough to suggest that I have my tire fixed as opposed to pushing a brand new tire on me. That's good business practice if you ask me.. they also were very quick and friendly

Kristy, the front desk lady, is the best! She is friendly and welcoming to all customers. I teach English as a Second Language and notice how people treat immigrants. She treats everybody with a service minded attitude!

I walked in around 3 pm in the afternoon and they were able to do an oil change and tire rotation while I waited. I was on my way an hour after I arrived. Very convenient and helpful.

The service from this place is unbeatable! Well managed, and clean. I have the ability to change my own tires, but, it is worth paying for services. I will continue to recommend Decorah Tire.I have used tire related services in other communities...none match service here.
