The workers are consistently described as the nicest, awesome, very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. Staff are willing to call ahead to check inventory, hold items, help find the perfect shoe by bringing out several pairs to try, and order out-of-stock items for direct shipment. Management is also extremely helpful. Associates provide excellent service, from greeting customers and holding doors to offering dedicated assistance.

The woman that assisted was awesome, she helped me find what I needed for my son with very little prompting. It was really nice to have a knowledgeable employee available, knew what we needed and quickly gave me options within my price range. A+
