“We stumbled upon Backwater during our time visiting Decorah. Amazing that a town of this size can have such a great liquor store with a great selection of whiskey. The owner was fantastic to talk with and very knowledgeable about his products. We were able to sample his latest barrel pick and ultimately purchased it. Highly recommend visiting Backwater Spirits!”
