About Seed Savers Exchange: Lillian Goldman Visitor Center
Heritage Farm and the Lillian Goldman Visitors Center and Gift and Garden Store opens for the 2026 season on Sunday, March 1, 2026. The LGVC hours are 10 AM to 5 PM. The best place to start any visit to Heritage Farm is at the Lillian Goldman Visitors Center. We’ll give you an introduction to the history of Seed Savers Exchange and Heritage Farm and serve as your homebase as you wander our display gardens and trails. Here you can also shop seeds, garden gear and tools, food and garden themed gifts, local art, books, and more. Heritage Farm’s trails, gardens, and trout streams are open to the public, sunrise to sunset daily.

Unique seed company where you can find the annual, perennial, vegetable seed you want and you know where it came from. I wish we went in the early summer or fall to see all the beautiful plants in bloom.
