“We were in town for a college visit and my son's car started making a really loud noise. I called a few shops and they couldn't get me in. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. We got to the shop and was handed keys to a loner and we were on way the college visit. The gentleman called us and sent pictures of the problem. He told us we would be fine driving the 4 hours home. If my son decides to go to Luther College he will be using this shop in the future.”
