Tade Kerndt of Viking Realtors told me that he will not consider installing a radon mitigation system in his rental properties even if the radon level is dangerously high. Research has shown that radon causes lung cancer. Anyone who values profits so much more than the health of his clients shouldn't be trusted with local business.
