“I feel the need to counter the 1-star review in which the customer complained about this center being closed on Sunday. Umm... I've never known UPS to accept shipments on Sunday. This particular hub is staffed with VERY helpful people who will hold a truck if they know you are coming. They'll help you unload your vehicle. They're many things. There's just one thing they're not: open on Sunday. Everyone is entitled to a day off. What kind of world are we in today where this "customer" is entitled to every beck and call? Grow up, ma'am.”
