Anna was incredibly rude to my fiancée. Wouldn’t believe her that her pizza was already paid for even though it had a slip on it that said “paid online” sticking out of the box. Didn’t even look up from her phone to acknowledge her in any way, shape or form that the transaction was complete. And just spent the entire time looking down at her phone like my fiancée was the biggest burden in the world. I also work at a gas station and they’re times when using your phone is acceptable. While the customer is checking out isn’t one of those times. Do better.

Terrible place to order food from. Employees won't talk to you or make your food. Waited 30 min to be told they didn't receive the order. I showed them the order and they still refused to believe me. But they could find the order to cancel it. Not a smart one in the bunch.

I enjoy Casey's and have been shopping their stores for my whole life and I am almost 48 but on 10/2/25 at 3pm I stopped for fuel and coffee at this location and this is what I have observed. The urinal in the men's room still has a floss pick in it from a number of weeks back and it is very obvious that it hasn't been cleaned in months. Also there has been no fresh urinal deoderizer in months and the automatic flush for the unrinal has been broken for years now. This location has turned into an over glorified outhouse!
To make matters worse the woman running the register was to inconvenienced to put her phone down to do her job. I had to speak up otherwise the woman in front of me and I might have been waiting to checkout whenever she was done texting whoever was more important than us. If the employees don't care to take care of rhe store and there customers they won't continue to exist as a store! There are plenty of other gas stations in this town the sell gas and coffee. I'm going to try the new Country Store up the road and maybe check back in with this location in a few months to see if anything has improved.

Old pizza in the warmer. A line of 12 people and 1 cashier that had absolutely no sense of urgency. Stood in line over 5 minutes.

Ordered doughnuts twice now for clients called the orders in and not once but twice the orders for 2 dozen doughnuts were never registered. No pizza or food ready at noon, I mean nothing. The store is absolutely filthy from top to bottom you can see the filth on everything from the parking lot to the bathrooms, I do not see how this location passes a health inspection. This is a very poorly managed store. Besides gas, the Denison Casey's is the worst I've ever seen.

My husband and I just recently visited your Denison store, to momentarily occupy your restrooms. Both the men's and women's restrooms were disgusting, filthy and unsanitary!! I could not locate a team member in the store to share my feelings of disgust with. I currently work at a truckstop off of I80 and even on our busiest days or days we're short-staffed, our public restrooms NEVER looked like that. I'm very grateful that neither of us got hurt in your restrooms and I pray we dont get sick from this most repulsive facility.

If you order food an hour ahead of time u end up having to wait another hour and a half just so you can get told that it just got put in the oven

The food quality has become so poor and seems that people just don't care. The drinks seem to never be stocked. Not sure what happened to what was once a very nice store.

Plus it took a while for it to be made, which would have been fine if it was made correctly
