For the most part this store, is pretty okay but the part I dislike the most about this store is the checkout lines. They do a pretty good job of making sure they have checkers if the store is busy, but whenever I am in self check out, the employees have NO respect for personal space whatsoever. I'll be checking out my groceries and alot of times employees will be watching customers (myself included) from a couple inches away or if the payment doesn't go through right away I've had employees try to take my card out of my hands (my chip is worn out so it takes a couple tries) and run the card themselves. (I appreciate help, but manners should still be used) Another thing that I absolutely HATE is that when employees take your groceries to your car, I've had multiple employees like Lake make mean, judgemental comments about the inside condition of my car! I have a 2 year old so my car isn't always perfectly clean. Or when I just moved to Denison my trunk still had some stuff inside and employees kept making fun of how messy the trunk was and what was inside. Overall, usually NOT a good experience..

Absolutely amazing customer service! I had a grocery pickup order, and an item was forgotten. I called them, and they brought the item to my house rather than having me come back and pick it up. I'm very impressed. I love shopping here everyone is so nice and helpful, the produce, and meat are always super fresh!
