Kelly received my order, called me to clarify, & left a voicemail with both her work number and cell number incase I couldn’t reach her during business hours. She made a beautiful arrangement and was so pleasant to work with. Delivery fee was super cheap & my friend cried when she saw the flowers. You don’t find many people like Kelly working in customer service these days & it really stood out.”
