I have tried three times, trying to get an appointment for color and cut. I have read about how wonderful the stylist is, but I need someone to answer the phone or pick up from voicemail so I can find out for myself.

Stylist listens to the customer. She also will not do anything that may damage your hair without talking to you about it first. My son is very picky about his hair and is always happy with what he looks like when he leaves.
