The merchandise seems cheap, the shelves are poorly stocked, and the sales "associates" look as if they would rather be in a dentist chair than working there.Sometimes, I just love to be wrong.Walmart in Denison has the usual fare one comes to expect.But the merchandise was neatly stocked, employees were busy filling shelves with seasonal items, and I was tiring of hunting the one item I needed.So, I reluctantly asked a clerk for help, something I hate to do. The young man, Luis, gave this elder a genuine friendly smile. ( If you don't know the difference; the eyes will tell). He checked his merchandise finder phone, and then offered to walk me to the trash can site. He then helped me sort out what I wanted. Wow! Customer service is still being practiced. Thanks Luis, you re-stored (sorry for that bad pun) my faith in people for that kindness through helping me. It makes a difference, one customer at a time.”
