Pretty good not too bad. I was expecting it to be bad based on reviews. didn’t drop my trailer but rather waited for a door. Follow some of the other drivers reviews. Came in with a clean empty, full of fuel for drop n hook I dropped it on the right side, my loaded trailer was on the left side, in the gravel lot Go to door 23 right by where the docks are and they will have your paperwork ready.
