“A good place to stop if you're headed from Eastern Iowa to Minneapolis. We stopped here for the restrooms and food and weren't disappointed. Very clean restrooms. Like most Kwik Trips, huge variety of food. Friendly staff. Clean store. Wouldn't hesitate to stop here again on our next trip up north.”

“Nice location for a Kwik Star. The hot food is just right there when you Walk in, The location is right off a Roundabout heading southbound on the Avenue of the Saints (US-218/IA-27 out in this area). The stuff were very friendly and nice. The fountain and coffee area are similar to the newer Kwik Stars. I got a Best Buddy (1.79 and Is a fountain drink.) which I filled with Mtn Dew Goji Citrus. I also got Cheese filled breadsticks and a Sausage,Egg, and Cheese crossaint sandwich which are all good. The exterior looks like it was sorta remodeled, but to make it look like a newer one, only smaller. I hope this location continues to be a good stop in the future.-Shy_Gun670”

“I see lots of older reviews complain about the pharmacy, but I've been in the area for almost two years using this location exclusively and they've been so helpful! My medications are complicated (incl. Multiple doses of the same drug and controlled substances like Adderall) and my insurance tends to decide to make things more challenging, but they've worked with me through all of this with incredible patience and an obvious depth of knowledge not only pertaining to medications and their interactions, but specific insurance companies and their quirks.”

“Current worker here! Despite what the one other person said, no one here actively talks on the phone unless absolutely necessary. There is only one worker here, who only works around around 15/16 hours at this store, can be a bit rude. Everyone else however have great customer service skills. I work the most out of everyone else here (35 currently) and try my best to be helpful and nice. Our management is great here as well so know that you are giving your money to people who genuinely cares about their employees. Our restroom is probably one of the cleanest and well kept out of most of all of them and is 1 private restroom. We are also known for some of the coldest drinks, as our in-wall coolers are kept at 31/32 degrees. Know that we do not sell any liquor. Do have something you need? We have a suggest box! Or just ask an employee to let our manager to get somethings. Edit since this seems to be a problem, I can ONLY give back 25¢ if the air pump isn’t working. Managements rules. So please don’t get mad at me when I’m not the one in control of it. Just remember; if it doesn’t work the first time it most likely won’t the second.”

“The customer service was above and beyond! The lady helped us very thoroughly showing us the app and reward system, even pulled out her phone to show us how it worked. We then ordered a pizza and went to our car to wait for it and the lady even brought our pizza to our car. Definitely a five star experience. I don't remember the lady's name but she deserves a raise and employee of the month. :) This was on 6/30 at about 4pm.”

“My preferred pharmacy for years and years. The pharmacists are kind and knowledgeable, always incredibly patient. I needed antibiotics for my toddler during the shortage and they bent over backwards to find what we needed, had it delivered to them, called me the second they had it, and waited to close until I could get there. “Dannette and Valerie were so helpful to me. I had to get a time sensitive Covid test to attend an event. I entered my email incorrectly on my daughters test result was not coming back through email so I’d have proof of negative. The gals worked with it in the computers at the very end of what I’m sure was a long day and got it sent to me in time! Ian was also super helpful in administering the tests. Thanks guys! Will be back to Walgreens in Waverly for sure!”
