“There's a fresh new resturaunt in the Rear of the building that makes practically everything you want with different items on the menu everyday six days a week. The prices are great/low and the servings are not half stepping.”

“I stopped in on New Years Eve to kill two birds with one stone, a bottle of champagne for later and dinner on my way home. Champagne ✓. A few nice upscale choices. What knocked my socks off was the cheeseburger and fries. Good ingredients cooked up by a real short-order cook who knew his trade. This is no fast food joint that we've allowed ourselves to become accustomed to. I haven't had fries that good in years. The proprietor was as helpful as could be too.”

“The customer service was above and beyond! The lady helped us very thoroughly showing us the app and reward system, even pulled out her phone to show us how it worked. We then ordered a pizza and went to our car to wait for it and the lady even brought our pizza to our car. Definitely a five star experience. I don't remember the lady's name but she deserves a raise and employee of the month. :) This was on 6/30 at about 4pm.”

“Can’t say much about atmosphere due to my arrival time of 5:30 Sunday morning, except they have remodeled a bit since I last visited. Can’t really say much about anything except the new pizza chef…little backstory here-over the course of the last couple years i’ve noticed a serious decline in the Caseys company as a whole. It came to the point of no longer visiting the stores because every time there was a problem-We all know Road Ranger used to be pretty nice, but now they’re on a pogo stick to dying, Flying J, meh, then came Loves with their over priced Loves garbage, which leaves the awesomeness of KT with no parking or Caseys to choose from… Welcome to the Waterloo area!So today, i decided to give Caseys a try to see if this location could redeem the whole company for its Caseysness… pizza is the most popular, and by far the most economical of all the food in the area, so ya gotta do it right, right?Success!Dante the newest pizza chef has a serious passion for his work. He told me that when he sees something new that someone orders, he makes one for himself before he goes home to try… i feel this!!!
