My insurance changed and Caremore refused to fill prescription to cover me until I could find my next doctor. They told me that I'd have to switch back to the insurance they accepted if I wanted my lifesaving medications.Now I'm without my meds until the 17th of November.I'd suggest that everyone stay far away from them.

Very unprofessional.Drea thought she had me on hold and explained why I was calling and said a profanity. I won’t be returning to Caremore. Not quality care or customer service.

The staff at the clinic are so nice and helpful if I have any questions or concerns and my PCP Dr. Biscoe is the best!!!
