I lived here when I was a kid in early/mid 80s. It was a beautifully maintained property then, and I'm happy to learn that nothing has changed. Great memories.

Just watched a movie made in Des Moines in 1967 called “The Hostage” and the main entrance of the Brady Building was used quite extensively in the movie.

I lived at the Brady for a year and half, and it was wonderful! The grounds were well-maintained, expectations were well-communicated and the prices were fair for the amount of space and location to downtown. I would recommend Venture Management Properties to anyone looking for a place to live in the Des Moines area.
