Had an issue with a gift card - the person at the service desk and an attitude, obviously didn't want to help solve my problem and did nothing to resolve my issue except tell me to call the phone # on the back - terrible customer service - I guess this is what you expect from 3rd rate employees who work at a dump like this Wal Mart - plan to never shop there again and encourage everyone to stay away if you have any class at all

Delivered groceries outside of the 2 hour window. I tried unsuccessfully to cancel online and then called Customer Servce, who said they would let the store know to cancel. Delivery occurred anyway. The groceries sat out in 50+ degree weather before a blizzard blew bags away. I have spent hours trying to get a refund without success. Very poor customer service from the store and from phone customer service.
