If I could give a lower rating I would. I didn't get a chance to deposit or withdraw any of my money from my account this year. They proceeded to charge me $5 every month which totaled up to $60 or more for inactivity and I thought you put money into a credit union for safekeeping not so they can take it away I went to close my account. The teller at the window was extremely rude if I were you, I'd go elsewhere for financial needs.

I enjoy going to this branch over all the rest. If you get the chance to deal with Sarah. You won’t be disappointed. She is very polite respectful and always has a smile on her face. From what I have witnessed she always tries to do everything in her power to make sure the customer is happy. I always look forward to going to this branch just to see her. Even when I’m having a bad day, she seems to find away to turn it into a better day. Thank you Sarah and the rest of the staff. Happy Holidays.

Don't ever get a loan from this place, they have the worst customer service, I don't even think they deserve one star. Been to two branches trying to figure out the auto loan and can't even talk to a banker. Our money is green, but they ignore anyone who isn't white.trea

Called to set up my loan payment and the lady I spoke with was the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I was asking simple, valid, questions to understand everything and was talked to like I was an idiot and an inconvenience. I will be switching my loan to my main bank as soon as I can.

Misleading/Confusing auto loan closures:BEWARE: if you finance an auto loan through them, they don't actually do the financing, they use a 3rd party for that.The issue is, once the loan is closed and you are done paying it, that 3rd party loan will CONTINUE to take payments until you personally tell them to stop.I would think a reputable company would have enough common sense to 'call off the dogs' on their 3rd party financier, but it turns out that they would just end up putting all that money from the closed loan into a savings account with them instead.Long story short, the SECOND you close out a loan with them, make sure to delete ALL recurring transactions associated with it, or you will just end up with a savings account at IH that you didn't want or ask for.

They never pick up the ducking phone
