Wish there were Kwik Stars everywhere. For a convenient store/gas station. It's pretty nice. They sometimes have almost to much to choose from.
And to the regional managers, the powers that be. Whomever.

Just purchased moldy frozen chicken strips from this store. Curious what the rest of the food I purchased looks like. Good customer service though.

My boyfriend and I go in this kwik star location regularly, usually past 12 am because of our job, every-time that we go in one specific employee has been swearing at us for being there, insulting us under his breathe. As we are in Dewitt kwik star is the only store open past 9 pm, we simply just go in for food, we do not disturb the staff or cause any problems for us to deserve this, it’s been an ongoing inconvenience for months now. The morning staff is excellent!

I do have one complaint. On the mornings that the DeWitt location closes the car wash to clean it, it takes way too long. Hear me out. I appreciate a clean car wash and I really like Kwik Stars wash in general. It would make a lot more sense to only close it while it is being cleaned. Leaving it closed while the guy walks around and collects trash and other duties is frustrating. Not exactly on the level of world peace, but this is an ongoing issue I felt worth airing.

Went in with 20 bucks to pre pay for gas only to get charged more than double due to cashier error that I caught. Manager was not helpful at all and accused me when I said I did not have the money on me to cover it. Hello, that's why people have to pre pay! Will not support a business that treats you like a criminal for a mistake an employee made.

Kwik stars are wonderful. The DeWitt Iowa Kwik Star is clean. The staff is always willing to help you find something or answer question. They have great ice-cream. They own their own bakery so their pastries are good. In our house if we see Kwik Star bagels on the counter the wild-eyed bagel addict gets really excited for tomorrow's breakfast frenzy. THEY ARE THE BEST!!
