I purchased a TheraSauna Far infrared sauna from these folks after using one multiple times in the office of my health provider. The sauna I was used to using had manual control box. I called and ordered the exact same one I had been using. Imagine my shock after my husband and a friend assembled it, to learn that, without asking me, they shipped me a sauna with an interior iPad for digital control. These people profess to be in the health business yet they don't understand about the non-beneficial effects of Wi-Fi? I was heartbroken. There was nothing to be done but resell it at a deep discount on Craig's List. This is not an honorable company, in my experience.
