This is an excellent dealership. I recently purchased a 2025 Prius there and the sales and financial staff were extremely professional and helpful. I visited just to check out the Rav-4, and Kris did a great job with communication/setting up my appointment. They allowed me to test drive the car and didn't give me any aggressive sales pitches. Although I didn't end up buying from them, I still appreciated their work.

We were visiting Galena from Cincinnati and our car battery died on us. We called Anderson Webber Toyota because we have a Highlander. They got us in right away and replaced our battery. They even fixed a recall out on the vehicle. Bill was great to work with. Thanks so much for helping us out in a jam!

The service department lacks communication. We have an extended warranty and we have to call the warranty company to verify if repairs are covered, because they don't have the time to do so. when parts are ordered we have to constantly call (with no call backs) to see if parts are even in. Very frustrating dealing with John and Kurt and their lack of communication.

I totaled my vehicle in January 2022. I knew exactly what I wanted to replace my car with. With the lack of vehicles available right away I did have to wait. No fault of the dealership it is just that way right now. I worked with Otis, and to say he went above and beyond is an understatement. He kept me updated on the day of the arrival of my car. The dealership gave me a loaner vehicle after my rental insurance ran out until my car was delivered. My new car price was priced much more reasonable than other Toyota dealers in bigger cities. And it took me 5 mins to sign the paperwork. We spent more time talking about our children who play for rival schools ?. Once my car arrived they did my running boards, paint protection, and rust proofing immediately. When I purchased Otis went out and showed me all the details and functions of my new car very thoroughly. I’m also in the market for another vehicle for my daughter and Otis has been super helpful of anything that he comes across. After purchasing my last car I really thought it was going to be a hassle. I don’t know if I will ever buy from another dealership again for the rest of my life. Thank you so much from an extremely satisfied customer. You guys rock! Keep up the excellent customer service gentleman!!!

I went in for a 30k mile warranty service package $224. The service man drew a line and had 3 additional services and made it seem that they were part of the $224 price. He was being sneaky and trying to add services and make it sound like it was part of the original quote. I never was given a final quote or price..other than $224. I go to pay my bill and it's $716! I took the print out of work done, to a TRUSTED mechanic. He said those additional services they charged me, were mostly just INSPECTIONS. Those inspections require little to no labor. The trusted mechanic then said "they Robbed You". I will never go here again. They can't be trusted.
