“Dennis and (Karen) are just good people!! Dennis serviced my Kirby and did a great job. To make a REALLY long story short. Her time was up after I abused her with all my baking soda carpet deodorizer. I went in for a fix and her motor couldn’t handle it! Sooo Dennis took my old non working Kirby. Found me one newer a rebuilder for the cost of the original fix. He has always “made it right” very accommodating, just a stand up guy!! As long as I have a Kirby and live around the area I will ONLY go to see Dennis for my Kirby needs. Highly recommend!!”
“Easiest experience ive ever had unloading a drywall load. They make home depot deliveries look like a joke. Plenty of space for the big trucks to make deliveries. Friendly staff. Quick unload.”

“On Sunday, I opened my laptop and it had somehow completely bricked itself. There was no getting it to run whatsoever. Sunday afternoon I had an appointment with an employee from the GeekSquad to take a look. This employee (I believe their name was Chai) was SO awesome. They took the time to try all of the "easy" fixes first before realizing that it wasn't an easy fix and my whole laptop needed to be wiped and re-downloaded. They let me know that this could be a 2-3 day fix but ensured me they would do their best to have it done ASAP. This employee was the only tech/help desk employee they had on staff at the time and was managing to assist multiple of us at a time. My laptop was fixed in a timely manner. To Chai, THANK YOU.”
