Kai is hands down the best person to see with any concerns or inquiries. Had to figure out some things for kids phone for school and he made it happen. Everyone in the store is great but Kai has been my go to guy.

Hailey at the AT&T store in Dubuque is fantastic to work with. Whether it is answering questions, solving problems, or helping with accessories, phones, or plans, she is always helpful, knowledgeable, and customer focused. She communicates clearly and takes the time to make sure everything is fully resolved. Every visit ends with a solution and a great experience.

I would just like to say Hailey was extremely helpful this morning assisting me on my first iPhone purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the various options and differences in the models available. I would highly recommend this store and I will be back for future purchases.

Att in general is easily the worst service I've ever had. And when I left, they charged an entire month I never used. Att left me with the worst customer service and phone service I ever experienced from a phone company.
