I brought a 2013 terrain gmc from the auto ranch may 16,2021. I wasn’t going to buy it because the screen that displays the rear camera didn’t work but I was promised they would fix it in a few days ! 3 weeks went pass and I didn’t hear anything from the owner, so when I went to ask about it ...the owner came with some story about how he just had asthma attack and he pretty much blew me off! Any way meaning of the story is they never got it fixed! I had to spend my own cash to fix it and they still haven’t reached out about Reimbursing me! I would advise you to make sure that everything is fix before you drive off the lot because once you leave off the lot!! you’re screwed ! Don’t take their word for it because once!they get your money your stuck with it!The only reason I gave them one star is because it wouldn’t let me make a post with no stars.. bad business

They sold me an absolute lemon. I've had to stick $3900 into an 04' outback they sold me in september 2017. driveshaft, brakes, struts, all rusted out bad cat converter. a/c failed within a year i should have known better, but they were dishonest to sell me a car they knew had so many issues.
