As far as the employees go the service was great, very friendly and professional, and my phone was repaired pretty quickly same day.I took my phone in for a screen repair.I was charged $180 after tax. I noticed on the invoice it said "un branded" screen and asked. The replacement is a generic non branded screen as they are not an authorized repair place for genuine parts. (red flag 1)I feel like with a generic screen it should be WAY cheaper firstly.I was told the screen had all the same specs it just wasn't an original manufacturer part.After getting the phone back I noticed the screen, which should be flush and even with the body of the phone was ever so slightly not flush, and after just 10 to 15 minutes of normal use (YouTube, Facebook, etc.) it got HOT. like REALL HOT. (red flag 2) I called and got voicemail, left a message asking if there were issues with new screens getting hot, left my phone number and did not get a call back.With the screen no longer flush with the edges of the phone I thought it would be more likely on a drop to hit the screen rather than the metal bezel of the body. (red flag 3) over the course of the next week the phone continued over heating and I also had reduced battery life so the screen was drawing more power than it should compared to an original genuine screen. (red flag 4) and after just a couple of weeks, literally the first time I dropped the phone, and not a bad drop from far off the ground, it cracked and spider webbed, as I figured it would.Will never bring a device back here for repair, as I paid $180 and now instead of doing it again I am just getting a new phone next paycheck and have to deal with a brand new screen shattered for a couple weeks. For reference I had my phone for almost 3 years and dropped it plenty of times before it broke, leading to this repair. GET GENUINE REPAIRS.

Ever going to buy from them again talk to the manager, and he basically refused to make it right. Said the price was an old price.I went to the Dubuque location to pick up a stream light that they had the price tag for $43.99 in the store and charge me $51 I was extremely disappointed and then on top of that they didn’t even give me a receipt. The purchase was made today Monday the 28th 2023.I hope the manager reaches out to me to fix this and make it right. I believe if your price tag in the store, should be honored at the time of purchase.

Unfortunately have had 2 bad experiences with this location, once in 2020 where they declined my online order due to not being available at the time of ordering and gave no option to wait for it to be in stock, no harm done and semi-understandable.Second time was in January 2023, ordered online for a store pickup on January 9th and waited several days without a confirmation that the order was ready for pickup. Followed up on January 11th and they stated that they had to have someone pick up the battery from another store and could have arrived that day or would take another week or two. After not hearing back, I finally reached out to the store on February 6th with no update and cancelled my order.Would give 1 star, but the employees were easy to work with each time and I think that should be stated.

I feel bad sharing such a negative review but I am at a loss. At this point I believe others just need to be aware as I chose this location based on their positive reviews. I am frustrated and mad at myself for not questioning their communication and buissness practices earlier. In the Spring I brought in 3 iPhones and an iPad to be repaired. It took months to get just one phone repaired. Then again months later I was given back one of my phone's that was not repairable and a different customer's iPad. They are unable to locate the phone we had communicated was the priority, and I have been given conflicting stories on what has or could have happened to that phone. During this entire time there has been little to no communication. It is an unfortuate long and disappointing experience which I detailed on their facebook page due to the space limiations on Google reviews. I hope this either helps them change their process or prevents others from being treated similar.

The tip of my charger came off in the charging port so I called Batteries + in DBQ. They told me to bring it in and they would look at it. That if they could remove it they would, but if not, they would have to send it in. I took it in this morning and went back after work, and not only did they get it out, but they wouldn't take payment from me for doing it! They were so nice and helpful and I highly recommend this store!

1st time visit. Very nice. Switched out a watch battery for me and set the date and time too. Witnessed great customer service for others too. They carried out purchases for two customers while I was there.

This company totally let me down cost me a fair amount of money over a warranty. If you need a reliable company to keep your machines running do not go here. If he had to industrial size batteries for only a month and a half they are let me down and they will not replace the batteries without the batteries staying there and being charged for 24 hours who in their right mind can go without their lifeblood machine for that long? That's what this company expects being an hour and a half away they would not a replace batteries understanding there's a distance to be traveled after the 24 hours they require to charge all in all completely dissatisfied my business is going elsewhere but advised yours to go to the same save yourself the heartache and the hardship. 2022 - I stopped into the store a few weeks ago asking for an antimicrobial light bulb. A younger employee said he's never heard of that and he doesn't think anything like that exists. So, when I found the time I went home and took apart my purifier. I brought the light bulb to the store. The previous employee was not there and the store was fully staffed with entirely different employees. I tried to get the attention of an employee at the counter but he was distracted by personal friends who had just come in. When I was able to get his attention I tried to hand him the light bulb and eventually set it down while asking for one of those. He wouldn't take it from me or pick it up to look at it. He wanted me to tell him what it was. After reading the serial number, he insisted without checking that they didn't have it and told me I would have to go online. He then repeated the word online several times while I was asking if it would be at any of the surrounding stores. Frustrating situation.2021 - They had a 3.6 volt 1/2 AA. Nobody has that.

Worst place ever to order from! Ordered and paid for my stuff they said they would call me when it came in. They called I got there and they couldn’t find my order. 2 months went by I stopped and they tell me they can’t even get the lights that I ordered. No money back, most unorganized place I’ve ever seen
