I’ve locked my keys in my car twice now… but Beidler was able to get my car unlocked quickly, and the wait time for them to get to it was very low as well! All of the workers were so kind! The price difference between Dubuque and Peosta is kind of drastic, but the convenience, quickness, and customer service was worth it!

I really really liked this company my car kept turning off when I started driving and I was stuck at the Walmart parking lot, we found this company and decided to call them and Nevin is the guy that answered and he was one of the nicest and most understanding towing people I have ever met! He got to our location very quickly to within 20 minutes and once he got there he explained things to us and only needed the keys and we were good to go. The whole entire process was very quick and pleasant especially for it being my first time needing to get my car towed and I really appreciated his great attitude, also I highly recommend Naven he's really great 👍🏼

My car tire went flat at night and it was a feel like temp of -7! Next day my friends went out since I had to work. Called them and they came out tried helping with my tire and had my friends wait in the car since it was cold. In end They towed it to my house 30 miles away! Tow truck driver was so nice!! Nicest guy in the world! They towed my car, unloaded it, and helped get it in the garage. I don’t know why anyone would ever want to use any other tow company! These guys are the best genuine caring people.

Nevin provided excellent service on short notice. I noticed my battery was dead at 9:30 pm and I needed a jump start to get to work in the morning. Nevin was at my door in 30 minutes after I placed a request and had me running and checked battery and other stats within 15 minutes. I recommend calling Beidler Service when you need help.

Definitely recommend Tyler at Biedler if you're ever in need of any type of tow or jump start! They had a very busy day already with it being the first snow of the season. But Tyler arrived smiling and very helpful! Made a not so great situation much more bearable! Thanks Tyler!!

Our battery died while we were visiting the Field of Dreams in Dyersville, IA. We called AAA and Zach J responded promptly from Dubuque . He had the right testing equipment and the right battery and replaced it on the spot. He was professional, competent and courteous. Thank you!

So thankful for this team of professionals! After our truck towing our camper broke down outside of town during a cross-country trip we were stuck. In a new place with no idea who to call and with no help from our roadside assistance, I am so thankful Beidler was at the top of the list when I searched for a local tow company.
Not only did they respond amazingly fast, but they also even sent an extra truck out to us when our Airstream hitch couldn't be towed by the standard truck they sent out. All three drivers were ultra professional and did a great job! While I hope my truck doesn't breakdown again for a long time, but if it does, I hope I'm near Debuque again!

I highly recommend Beidler Towing! I was stuck on the interstate with a tire that I couldn’t get off and Aaron showed up behind me in no time! He was very knowledgeable and strong and got the tire off! Excellent service! I hope Aaron responds to anyone who needs help in the Quad City area

Aaron showed up, ran tests and let me know that my battery was dunzo! He replaced my battery and my car is back up and running perfect again! He was amazing, very friendly/helpful, and of course knowledgeable with everything! Awesome service, awesome guy!!
