Went to look at a TV, not that busy and nobody was asking to help me make a purchase. Took about 20 minutes to get a sales person to even notice I was there, I asked a few questions and left. I 'll buy a TV somewhere else.....

Honestly this place really depends on the few knowledgable employees and the lazy employees that make up 80 percent of all employees here. When you buy something refurbished, it should be replaced with brand new or close to brand new parts to reduce cost, not a faulty controller with 2 buttons that are not only broken but are HEAVILY used. I payed almost close to full price for a refurbished controller to gift to my sister for Christmas, didnt even work and the charger cable wasnt even in the package. Also, if you work gaming/electronics, you should understand that my parents dont know about todays gaming headsets, so give correct advice and not something that is completely wrong. It is your job and responsibility to give correct information as of courtesy and reputation for the franchise you work for. Customer service is horrible and the techs seem to know nothing about any electronics, as someone who correctly fixes laptops and computers daily, these guys are clueless. Hire better people please because me and others that i know are tired of lazy and useless customer service and faulty controllers that are "refurbished" all while paying just short of full price. Worst Christmas ever thanks Best Buy!!!!!!

Horrible wasted 1/2 tank of gas running back and forth to the store due to their lack of knowledge.They ordered add on's that weren't compatible with my purchase.They don't answer the phone in geek squad, and don't call back either.You can NEVER speak to someone at the store if you call it's always someone overseas and you end up having to go to the store!They have people selling you things they have no knowledge of.Their service is absolutely horrible!!

Your phone system is a joke. Disconnect is your favorite representative. If you have a question someone can answer it, just not an employee working in the Dubuque store. If I'm in the store why would I need to wait for an email response about my potential purchase. Please rethink your system.

Was at the Dubuque store ready to purchase 2 tablets. Not a single employee wanted to help me or 3 other people that were back by the laptops. I watch 5 people walk around the front of the store and do nothing. I will not be back. Lost a customer that spends a lot of money there every year

I bought online bc staff was few and not interested in helping. Product came 3 weeks later with parts missing, the men who delivered it put the package I needed in the box of garbage. At the time I thought it was garbage, until after they left and I tried to use the dishwasher. No help from the store, when I called to explain. They only told me that the part was not included. My papers said different. Worst experience!
