My friends and I were on a motorcycle trip when a clutch cable broke. Normally, you'd take it to a motorcycle repair shop, right? The problem was that it happened on a Saturday night, and nothing would have been open until Tuesday. We were several hundred miles from home, our options were limited, and through the grace of God we were put in contact with Dave.

Without knowing who I was or exactly how the problem would be fixed, Dave jumped in with both feet. He went out of his way to fabricate a temporary solution that would hold long enough for me to make the 300-mile ride home. Not only did he refuse any compensation, but he also followed up with me multiple times afterward to make sure everything was still working properly.

So when I say this review is in the right place, here's what I mean: if you're making a significant investment in a high-end bicycle or trusting someone to service something important to you, choose a business where people genuinely care. They care about your experience, they care about craftsmanship, they care about their community, and they care about building lifelong relationships with the people they meet.

Long story short, my life is better for having met Dave. If he brings the same character, generosity, and dedication to his customers that he showed a complete stranger stranded far from home, then you're in excellent hands.”
