One star is more credible than what I experienced. Went to look at a smaller vehicle for work travel. Jake was the salesman. Ensured me that this vehicle had been thoroughly inspected by their meticulous mechanics. Talked me into a ridiculously priced 2 year, unlimited mileage warranty. Well, that warranty I paid VERY DEARLY for didn't cover a dime. Always an excuse as to why they couldn't cover anything. The day I went to trade the vehicle in I learned that the vehicle had 4 accidents. 2 of those accidents disabled the vehicle, requiring towing. An HONEST dealership/salesman WOULD have discussed this with the potential buyer.
I will not be a returning customer.

McGrath is a great place to buy a new car. Our salesman was Josh Olmsted. He was very friendly and professional. I would ask for him again. Everybody at McGrath was very friendly including Clayton in Finance and the appraiser --I don't remember his name
I also thought it was nice that everyone was dressed neatly. Some places we went that wasn't the case.

Great place to work with (even if you’re from out of state). All the paperwork was ready when we got there and they were very easy to deal with. Gave me a really good trade in amount also. Highly recommend Jake from sales too!

I recently had my vehicle serviced and it was completed in timely manner and was returned clean. I mean, no oil smudges on the vehicle, door handle or steering wheel. Comfortable waiting area too. I recommend McGrath for service.

McGrath Repair is a very good place to have your vehicle service! Why? Because the employees are very friendly and pleasant and they work as a team.
If I must say, not only is the service, repair and customer support is awesome. Try the dealership department as well...

I have purchased my last 3 vehicles through Mcgrath in Dubuque, and Dillion has been fantastic every time. He has the best customer service and is a great guy. He's found what we're looking for and within my price range every time. He'll always be my go-to when I need to purchase another vehicle.

Dillion helped me out, I live 3 hours away from dealership did it mostly over the phone got great video sent of the car and arranged to drive up and test it out and I had a great experience with him.

I had a great experience when I went to McGrath Chevrolet. Salesman Jack Sampson Brown showed me two good car options to consider based on what I told him I was looking for. He was very helpful and easy to work with. He, along with Mark, Julie, and Carter, made the whole purchase process go smoothly. I left with a car I love at a price I really appreciate!
