Very unprofessional. Doesn't remember a prearranged agreement, hasn't mailed me a copy of the rental contract since they took over the business upon many requests. Doesn't return calls or texts to MY phone number that I have given upon many occasions but has no problem calling and being RUDE to my aging parents who are going through health issues and don't need to be b××××ed out when it is my unit and not theirs. It's not too hard to use the phone number the customer has told you to use, or even return a text to that customer at that number.

I am a new renter, so far so good. the contract was explained well and I understand their need to get paid on time. Newer buildings, clean, convenient. Connie made sure I got an easier access unit for the long car I am storing. I wish I could set up auto electronic payments, right now very old fashioned check/mail process. I don't pay many bills that way anymore. I will try and set up auto pay from my bank.

Terrible customer service. Landlord is not pleasant to deal with. Charges hidden fees when you get your deposit back and is just all around snake-ish. Some of the most expensive units in Dubuque while the lanes are not paved NOR PLOWED IN THE WINTER. STAY AWAY.

The original owners were fantastic & very understanding. They knew what was in the contract & followed it properly. They would take care of you & your things. They did a yearly brushing of the doors which was very nice. It made me want to stay. The new owners apparently don't know how to read & love making you pay more for no reason. They also call you early in the morning to yell at you to pay the extra hidden fees that you had no clue about & couldn't find anywhere in the c

They never brushed the doors so trying to open the unit without getting dirty was impossible. Although all my things were dry, they were covered with bugs, spiders & cobwebs forcing me to throw out a few pieces of furniture. When I brought things home, all the stink bugs, pinchers & centipedes crawled out if my things & into my home. They don't care about you or your belongings, they just care about your money. This is the worst place to store anything

I have had a storage unit there for 1.5 years so far and very happy with it. Very nice facility and lighting is good and like the fact that there are cameras to monitor everything. Great place.

Budget Storage is accessible 24 hours a day. They are well lighted and have surveillance cameras covering the entire property. Units are insulated from above, so no dripping . The floors are above door level, so nothing coming in from below either. There staff is friendly and responsive and they even have their own in-house licensed and insured moving company, Powell Express Moving.

Budget Storage has clean, modern, 10 x 25 units that don't leak and secured with anti theft locks and security cameras and lighting 24 hours a day. The staff is friendly and helpful and they answer the phone. They also host an in house professional moving company Powell Express Moving which has been in business in California for the past 14 years. I highly recommend Budget Storage for your moving and storage needs.
