Our dish went out and it was -5 degrees and Paul drove out right away. He fixed eveything and was super nice. We had been with Mediacom for 12 years and switched to Dish. Who knows how long it would have taken Mediacom to come out. It was also cheaper and we will save over $1,500 a year and with more channels.

I have had Dish for years. I recently purchased a new TV. I searched the internet on how to connect the new TV to my Dish with no luck. I called Paul and he walked me through the process in less then 5 minutes.
