“This is hands down, THE BEST car was in town. Gentle on your vehicle, yet they always get it miraculously clean.
Seriously, the service here is the best around. I drive all the way from East Dubuque because even the one downtown can't compare.
The thing that I love the most about this place is that there is very little automation. Because you're getting that personal human touch, you know that not only are you in better hands, but your business is going towards serving the community. By employing so many real people, including many young adults, here your money is going back into the pockets of the hard-working locals. This stimulates the local economy rather than some rich chump who just opened his 50th fully automatic car wash so he can buy a yacht and invest in Wall Street.

You will know who he is when you run into him working at pro-clean. He is the most genuine, nicest, down to earth worker I have ever met! My dog and I come in every Sunday and get our car cleaned, and Mark is always there with dog treats and lots of pets/love for Oakley. He makes our Sunday’s when he stops by and says Hi to us. He is so down to earth. We look forward to going to pro clean each week because of Mark!

“I headed to the Holliday Drive location first thing this morning for a full car wash before our family heads to Mayo in Rochester MN today. Our daughter will be having surgery and I was so scatterbrained that I forgot my wallet. Chelsea was so gracious about offering to letting me call in with my card number later, I started crying and told her what's going on with my daughter. She was so kind, empathizing as a fellow mom that I immediately felt better! Oh, and the guys in the shop did a great job cleaning my car too :)”

“Best self serve i have ever been to. Pre soak is warm and actually gets bugs off the front of your car after soaking for a little bit. Even helps get brake dust off wheels. I travel doing expedite freight delivery and its nice to stop at a carwash like this that actually works well.”

“I am a monthly member after trying all the automated car washes in Dubuque this is by far the best for my oversized truck and Benz. The only reason for 4 stars is because the turbo heaters at the end of the tunnel are never on even when Temps are below 0 and the vehicles are still soaked when leaving.”

“I travel between Iowa and Wisconsin frequently and this gas station is my only stop! It's conveniently located right off the highway, so you can get in and out quick. Their store is large, with plenty of options for food and drinks. Their bathrooms are nice and clean, and the workers always say hi when I walk in. They have plenty of pumps, so I've never had to wait to get gas.”
