Was here to get a 6 pack after work and was denied service because I walked in the store with my cousin, not sure if it was a race thing but that was very uncool

4th time in the last 2 months our food is at least 20 minutes later than the time on the App. Also we’ve only ordered 4 times in the last 2 months. Waited an extra 20 minutes past the time in the app this time before leaving the house, show up at the store, and they say it’s going to be 20 more minutes still. Only to wait 40 more minutes. So 43 minute window to be ready. Waited 20 minutes due to past experiences. Still another 40 minutes before the food was ready. Mind you this is only 2 pizzas. So 1 hour and 43 minutes for an estimated done time of 43 minutes. Keep up the hard work Casey’s 👏. I might suggest having more than 1 more guy making pizza while 2 people stand and talk at the register in an empty store.

More often than not I walk in the door and turn right back around because there are 20+ people waiting in line. Clearly understaffed. Maybe try raising your wages Caseys. Might save you some lost business.

This one worker I believe her name is Faith. Anyways very pretty. loud though but gorgeous. Shes's in the kitchen. 10/10.also the other girl looks to young to be selling alcohol and nicotine

Soda area is always sticky and gross. Manager there berates employees Infront of customers and there always a loud conversation going on between the cashiers and the kitchen staff usually filled with profanity!;;;

Called at 11am. tried to place an order. was told the kitchen was closed for the day. completely unacceptable. this is a fast food/convenience store. i come in every day for lunch and was very upset to hear about the locations kitchen being closed. i won’t be coming back.
