This Casey’s has improved so much in the last few months! They have a completely new team and manager, and you can really tell they’ve worked hard to turn things around. The store is spotless, the staff is super friendly, and the food is consistently great. It’s clear they take pride in what they’re doing now. Huge improvement!

slowest service I’ve had i order it at 5 came at 6 when it was supposed to be ready went back in at 6:15 and they just put my last one in this is ridiculous i dont order it early to get it later than I wanted

I have never had such poor service from this store. The clerk that checked me out this morning around 8:00 a.m. never greeted me, was more interested in a young girl that came in to pick up a breakfast pizza than give me my change. She stopped and stared at the young girl with my change in her hand and watched her until she walked out the door before giving me my money. There was no thank you either! I have always had good service at this store until today. The donuts were very good, but did not outweigh this terrible customer service.

Good luck ordering pizza from this place. They put in an auto ordering service now and it’s not even linked to the store. After wasting 5 min with the computer you have to re do everything with an employee. What’s the point??

Ordered a medium pizza 1/2 Hawaiian 1/2 pepperoni mushroom. Picked it up and brought it home. The Hawaiian had nothing but four or five layers of salty ham on it. Inedible!. Called the store gentleman I talked to was very rude And said come back and we’ll put some pineapple on it. It Is -10° outside and I don’t know how they were going to put pineapple on and already finished pizza. I asked for a discount. And he said come in tomorrow. I’m busy and I have customers. Guess I was not a customer.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered at 1145am for my lunch. Made the order at 10am so you would think they wouldn't make the pizza tell closer to the time of delivery but not this Casey's. They made it and let it sit tell my delivery time. Then the delivery person put it on the ground outside instead of walking in the door and taking it to the front desk. It was stone cold and had ants crawling on it. Called and all I got was attitude from the person that made it. Then told well just bring it back and get another. Worst experience at Casey's I have had.

Dirty, pumps are slow, never receipt paper in pumps, window cleaner is usually empty or the squeegee is unusable. For how nice the neighborhood is you would think Casey's would attempt to keep the outside of the building looking nice.

Horrible service. The attitude from two female employees is ridiculous to the point idk how they even keep a job for real. I’d stop anywhere else but here honestly.

Ordered a pizza it wasn't delivered the $was taken off card the daytime Manager wasn't helpful told me I'd have to talk to corporate about refund

Absolutely the worst Casey’s. Pizza almost always looks like it’s been in the warmer for 6hrs. Even at lunch. Soda machine tastes like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year. If you like moldy tasting pop give it a go. Judging by previous reviews there is a long standing tradition of uncleanliness at this location that the board of health may want to look into. I’m sure my review will be coupled with a “we are looking into it” response from Casey’s just like all the other reviews over the past year. Trust me, they are not.*update. See Casey’s comments below. I did in fact message Customer Service listed below at the time and as of 2 weeks only received an auto response. They don’t care.

These employees are the laziest I have ever seen there is never any food in the warmers the employees are also rude. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.
