I signed up for monthly service. After leaving to go back to Texas I'm continuing to get billed months later. I've called many times and let the phone ring. Never an answer. Their website will not display. Carwash is good, but service is terrible. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Clean getaway is not a good place to work in my opinion as a black person stay away went through a lot got fired for no reason and I don’t want you to go through the same thing just my opinion

They give you a fake email to cancel and then it gets rejected and the manager is never there so they just keep putting you off. Finally just had to cancel the card to get the subscription cancelled.

I am a monthly member after trying all the automated car washes in Dubuque this is by far the best for my oversized truck and Benz. The only reason for 4 stars is because the turbo heaters at the end of the tunnel are never on even when Temps are below 0 and the vehicles are still soaked when leaving.

Was guided in wrong. My vehicle was sideways in the tunnel and took paint off my vehicle. I'm not happy, and of course, no one can pick up a phone.

Never had a problem, till today. I was guided in wrong and my vehicle was sideways going threw the tunnel. I went home to wipe my car off to find that it took a bunch of paint off the back of my vehicle. You can see the scratches where the paint once was. Tryed calling them and no one answers. I dont recommend this place.
