My 9 year old son had a haircut. The staff were fantastic and listened to what he wanted along with my concerns (his thick hair). They used a photo he liked but changed it based on what my son actually wanted which was great!

Karen and the team in the mall always do an excellent job with my son. He is very sensitive around his ears and cries a lot and the team is always so understanding and helpful with him.
