My cousin lived there and went in to rehab the landlord called my cousin and caused issues and caused him to go down hill and through all of his belongings away.

This is an awesome spot to get back on your feet if you’re down on your luck. Nice building, modern fixtures and appliances. Great management. JPThe people who wrote any bad reviews are a joke. They don’t rent to women, this is for single men only to help young men just like the Menasseh house is for women only. I would say the buildings are far from a dump.Probably kicked him out for not following the rules.Thank you Davis Place for what you do. You saved my life years ago when I had nowhere else to go. I’m forever grateful and I owe Scott Potter my life. May he Rest In Peace. He is missed a ton by so many!!!
