The cashier accidentally had me use my card for everything and when she called up for the manager, he gave attitude and threw his hands up and seemed very frustrated. Not very good customer service if you ask me. I will never come back into the store.

I went to the Dubuque, Iowa DG on JFK. The clerk, Antonio, went out of his way to help me, even opening the door when my hands were full! Thanks, DG and Antonio!

Was just in there an asked for help and was totally insulted when couldn’t find item I was looking for. Older lady working at register was complaining on leaving from the moment o had even walked In. If it’s acceptable to insult customers who need a little help you’ll find no help from me supporting your business.

There are three dollar generals in Dubuque. The JFK store is my favorite. They have a better selection of items - and the staff is always friendly.
