Poorly ran. Staff are rude and seem to always be sitting in the office. Isles are packed with stuff in the way. Everything is cluttered. No organization. Place needs a good deep cleaning as well. Zero stars!

Zero stars placed a online pickup order and called because it wasn’t ready before I drove there guy on the phone said there’s no order and I offered give my order number told me that’s not how it works he had to go was only worker there I asked about my coupon said he didn’t know and literally hung up on me went to check my order all of a sudden it’s now canceled unbelievable

ZERO STARS!!!! tripping hazards throughout store, floors are gross like they havent been cleaned in weeks, cant make it thru some aisles cause of stock carts blocking the aisle. Only one associate working, and he was too busy flirting with female customers or on his phone in the office area. While customers were in self checkout, he wasnt around. Worst dg i have been to in along time.

Register wasn't staffed when we were ready to check out, then a rude old woman finally came to check us out. They have basic electronics/phone accessories next to register - was scolded for trying to grab one stating I was too far behind the register. If I grabbed it at anytime during the prior 5+ minutes, she would've been none the wiser. Also both self check out lanes had flaws (one card only/one cash only). They had a sign asking for 1, 5 dollar bills, and quarters taped to register of the employed check out lane.

I stop once a week at dollar general stores. Key west store in Dubuque used to be pretty decent inside however today it was nasty! Xmas isle had all empty boxes on shelves looked like a strong tornado came through! Nothing restocked and self check out not working! People were disappointed ☹️

cleaner than normal. a lot less Freight in the aisles than I'm used to seeing.. still needs a lot of pricing done.

Way better than the one on central. Much cleaner and more organized. Was able to find what I was looking for very quickly. Friendly staff.
